Chef Ash Lee is on a mission to convert even the most diehard of Berlin's salt and pepper palates to the vibrant aromas and zinging spice of her restaurant's namesake noodle dish, chongqing xiaomian.

For the restaurant’s opening in 2019, Sheila was commissioned to handle all things PR: creating press kit & photos and reaching out to key journalists and influencers as well as handling all incoming press inquiries to sustain this foodie fav’s ongoing buzz.
